New mobile radiation norms from Sept 1 - An Eyewash

The recent article - New mobile radiation norms from Sept 1 - in Times of India - http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/india/New-mobile-radiation-norms-from-Sept-1/articleshow/15499480.cms dated Aug 15, 2012 is not enough from health point of view and is only an eyewash. Please read below:

    The Bioinitiative report 2007 recommends 0.001 W/m2 (considering 0.1 uW/cm2 for outdoor cumulative RF exposure when converted into W/m2) unless otherwise you meant something more.

    Dear Venky,

    For Outdoor Exposure (where people spend less time) - Bioinitiative Report recommends 1000uW/m2 for outdoor cumulative RF exposure (0.001 W/m2)

    and for Indoor Exposure (where people spend more time)- Bioinitiative Report recommends 100uW/m2 for outdoor cumulative RF exposure (0.0001 W/m2)
